Clinical Nurse

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough physical examinations and comprehensive patient assessments.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians and according to clinical protocols.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Monitor patient progress, promptly identify changes in condition, and take appropriate clinical action.
Assist with sterile processing, laboratory procedures, and other clinical support tasks as needed.
Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and ongoing health management.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Support patients in assisted living environments, ensuring their comfort, safety, dignity, and overall well-being.
Perform other duties as assigned to support clinical operations and high-quality patient care.
